After studying marketing at the University of Arkansas, Mitchell Massey began his career in the oil and gas industry before launching a fluid power company focused on the poultry processing sector. In this role, he gained extensive experience securing new business, building high-performing teams, and managing capital improvement projects for many of the nation’s leading poultry processing companies. Under his leadership, the company grew into a national provider for the poultry and food processing industries, operating multiple facilities and serving clients across the country. Following the successful sale of Hydraulic Solutions Inc., Mitchell shifted his focus to real estate development and investments in operating businesses. He completed numerous ground-up developments managing and structuring partnerships of a diverse nature. Additionally, he expanded his work into non-performing debt acquisition and alternative project financing strategies. Mitchell continues to develop and participate in real estate ventures while remaining actively involved in several operating companies including automotive holdings, poultry processing, and manufacturing & wholesale of consumer-packaged goods. He draws on strong relationships with Arkansas-based financial institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs to drive successful projects. Known for his resourcefulness, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability, he excels at navigating complex scenarios delivering optimal results.

Luke Terrell, CPA CCIM is Principal Broker and Partner at Savant Real Estate and Development.
Luke holds a BSBA in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas (2006), with a concentration in financial management and investments, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Walden University. He is a licensed CPA and holds the CCIM designation, a Past President of the Northwest Arkansas CCIM chapter and currently serving as Regional Vice President for Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
His career began in real estate development — structuring projects through debt and equity financing, managing project oversight, and building a foundation in brokerage that led to both his Arkansas salesperson and broker's licenses. He is also licensed in Oklahoma. Over time, his scope broadened considerably: he managed finance and accounting for a patent-holding multi-state operating textile manufacturer, then moved into tax law firm accounting across entities of varied size and industry. In 2011, he joined What's Ahead, a retail-focused consumer goods marketing agency, ultimately serving as CEO after leading the firm's finance function in delivering marketing solutions for Fortune 100 clients.
Today, Luke serves as manager and principal across a range of private investments. His work spans the full investment lifecycle — asset management, real estate management and brokerage, accounting and bookkeeping, tax advisory, jurisdictional compliance, and direct interfacing with lenders, attorneys, and investors.
