Mitchell Massey

After studying marketing at the University of Arkansas, Mitchell Massey worked in the oil and gas industry, and at a young age, started a fluid power company. In this capacity, he gained extensive experience in drafting contracts and handling capital improvement projects with many of the leading poultry processing companies in the United States. He grew his fluid power company into a national leader in the poultry and food processing industries with three facilities and a nationwide presence. After successfully selling Hydraulic Solutions Inc, he began investing in real estate development projects and other operating businesses. During this time, he completed a large number of ground up developments and structured over 75 partnerships valued in excess of $200MM. Beginning in 2009, he began focusing his efforts on non-performing debt acquisition and alternative project financing structures. He continues to form and participate in real estate projects and is actively involved in several operating company investments. He leverages his extensive ties with Arkansas-based financial institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs to formulate successful projects and is resourceful in troubleshooting and strategic thinking; solving problems and developing optimal results for complex scenarios.

Luke Terrell is the Principal Broker at Savant Real Estate and Development. He graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in Finance in 2006 from the Sam M Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he focused on financial management and investments. Upon graduation, he started his career in real estate development; structuring projects utilizing debt and equity while performing project management and oversight. He obtained his Arkansas real estate salesperson license and subsequently obtained his broker’s license. In addition to participating and forming projects for his own companies, he managed finance and accounting for a $40MM manufacturing operation with more than 150 employees utilizing patents in the textile industry. Subsequently, he worked in the primary investor’s tax law firm accounting for entities of various size and industry performing all accounting functions. He joined What’s Ahead in 2011, where he led the company in providing marketing solutions for Fortune 100 companies and served as Director of Finance then CEO. He obtained his Masters of Science in Accounting from Walden University and is a licensed CPA and CCIM Designee.
